LBP does not like when I talk on the phone. It rang and she pleaded, ‘Please! Don’t talk on the phone!’ She ran to pick it up and said, ‘Hello, Mama is so busy now, she can’t talk, bye bye!’

LBP’s school told me she fell in the playground and bumped her head. I asked her later if she was ok and how it happened, ‘Well, I was doing a tango and my partner dropped me on the dip.’

The school performed a rousing song about Noah’s Ark. As the girls prepared to leave the chapel, LBP was overcome with floods of tears, ‘I didn’t want to say goodbye to you Mama.’
